Welcome to GiveCare ("GiveCare," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our SMS-based AI caregiving support platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

By subscribing to GiveCare, texting us, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

GiveCare provides SMS and RCS-based support for family caregivers through AI-powered technology. Our Service includes:

• Three specialized AI agents (Main Support Agent, Crisis Support Agent, Assessment Agent) that provide personalized caregiving support via text message
• Clinical assessment tools including the Brief Stress and Fatigue Checklist (BSFC), Ecological Momentary Assessments (EMA), Caregiver Well-Being Scale (CWBS), REACH-II assessment, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screening
• Personalized interventions and wellness tracking based on your responses
• Crisis detection and connections to third-party mental health resources
• Automated text message communications at varying frequencies
• Access to caregiving information and resource recommendations

The Service operates entirely through SMS/RCS text messaging—no app download is required. You can access GiveCare from any mobile phone capable of sending and receiving text messages.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using GiveCare, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3.2 Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide a valid mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS messages
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4.1 Not Medical Advice

The information provided through GiveCare is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4.2 Not an Emergency Service

GiveCare is not an emergency service and should not be used for emergency situations.

5. AI and Automated Services Disclaimer

5.1 AI-Generated Content

The text messages, recommendations, and responses you receive from GiveCare are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may:

• Contain factual errors or inaccuracies
• Misinterpret your messages or context
• Provide outdated or incomplete information
• Generate responses that sound confident but are incorrect

6. Privacy and Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
