GiveCare assessments are screening tools. Some inputs are based on validated instruments; others are research-informed screens. They are not diagnostic tools, and results should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.

No patient-provider relationship

Use of GiveCare does not create a patient-provider or therapist-client relationship. Our AI-powered support provides information and coping strategies but does not provide therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment.

Privacy & Your Data

HIPAA and regulated workflow boundary

GiveCare's current public support flow is designed for controlled non-HIPAA caregiver-support contexts. We do not bill insurance, provide medical care, or operate as a health-plan, provider, covered-entity, or BAA-backed workflow in this public flow. Those deployments require separate legal, security, and deployment readiness review before launch.

How we protect your data

  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Convex, Cloudflare)
  • Deletion on request for caregiver-linked conversation, assessment, and screening data
